Terms of Service

The rules of the road.

Last updated 2026-06-01. Plain-English version of what you’re agreeing to when you use Pagenta.

1 · Who we are

Pagenta is a product of Tendra Advisory LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Pagenta,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tendra Advisory LLC.

By creating an account or using the service at pagenta.ai or pagenta.app, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2 · Who can sign up

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Pagenta. If you’re signing up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We may decline accounts at our discretion — Pagenta is currently in closed/open beta and we control admission.

3 · Your account

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and any API tokens secret. Anyone who logs in as you can do anything you can do.
  • The accuracy of the email address on your account — it’s how we reach you.
  • Everything you publish through Pagenta, whether you typed it or an AI agent typed it on your behalf.

4 · What you can build

You can use Pagenta to make and share pages and tiny apps. You can’t use it to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Host malware, phishing pages, or content that exploits children.
  • Spam, scrape, or run automated traffic against pagenta.ai or pagenta.app beyond reasonable use.
  • Resell our infrastructure as a generic hosting service.
  • Train a competing AI model on outputs from our agents.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. For egregious cases (illegal content, active abuse) we may act without notice.

5 · Who owns what

You own the content you create. Your pages, your text, your designs — yours. You grant us a worldwide license to host, display, copy, and serve that content as needed to provide the service. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

We own Pagenta itself. The service, the brand, the AI agents, the runtime, the infrastructure — that’s ours.

AI-generated content sits in a gray legal area: in most jurisdictions, fully AI-generated work isn’t eligible for copyright. We don’t make claims about your AI-generated outputs that aren’t supported by law in your jurisdiction.

6 · Paid plans

Some features require a paid plan. Payment is handled by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.

You can cancel any time and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but we’ll refund obvious billing mistakes.

We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions keep their current price until the next renewal.

7 · Beta software

Pagenta is in active development. Features will change, break, and occasionally vanish. The service is provided as-iswithout warranties of fitness, merchantability, or availability. If you’re running anything mission-critical on Pagenta, you accept that risk knowingly.

We aim for high uptime but we don’t guarantee specific uptime SLAs during beta. Enterprise SLAs will be available with our future enterprise plan.

8 · Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tendra Advisory LLC’s liability to you for any claim related to Pagenta is capped at the greater of (a) what you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits; in those places, our liability is capped at the smallest amount the law allows.

9 · Termination

You can close your account any time from Settings. Closing your account deletes your pages and personal data within 30 days (some backups linger up to 90 days for disaster recovery).

We can suspend or close your account for clear violations of these terms. We’ll usually warn you first and give you a chance to fix things.

10 · Changes to these terms

We’ll change these terms occasionally — service evolves, laws change. For material changes we’ll email you at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. For minor clarifications we’ll just update the “Last updated” date.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If you’re a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections (e.g., the EU), those protections apply notwithstanding the above.
